Cirrus High School is governed by an independent governing council. The Cirrus Governing Council has been granted a charter from the Rosendale-Brandon School District Board of Education. While the governing council has independent authority over Cirrus High School, they are obligated to report school progress to the Rosendale-Brandon School District Board of Education annually.

The Cirrus Governing Council is responsible for setting policy for the school, monitoring curriculum, and managing the budget. Our current governing council has seven members and membership is by nomination and appointment.

Cirrus Governing Council meetings are public meetings and residents of the Rosendale-Brandon School District are encouraged to attend. Questions about the functions or purpose of the governing council can be directed to Kevin DeCramer.

The Cirrus Governing Council meets once a month in room 237 at Laconia High School. Please check the school calendar for more information and to confirm meeting dates.

Want to get involved? Cirrus High School is accepting applications for new members to serve on the governance council board and parent booster club. We are also looking for classroom volunteers. Interested? Fill out a notice of interest and return it to Cirrus High School.
