Principal Diane Raue
My name is Diane Raue and I am the Principal at Laconia High School. It is with great pride that I welcome you on behalf of our dedicated staff and outstanding student body.
I began my career with the Rosendale-Brandon School District as an English teacher here at Laconia in the fall of 1994. After eight years, I transitioned to the role of School Counselor, and finally began as the principal in the 2019-2020 school year. I have always believed in the educational experience we provide for students in this district. In fact, I even chose to open enroll both of my children to the district for their 4K-12 experience. Our goal is to prepare our students for whatever path they choose to take after high school. We are proud to offer our students a variety of opportunities that they may find in a larger district including dual credit courses, Advanced Placement courses, and Youth Apprenticeship experiences, while providing an environment of small school values and personal attention.
As we begin this new chapter, we are excited to strengthen our partnerships with families, local organizations, and community members. Your support plays a vital role in shaping the future of our students, and we look forward to working together to ensure their success. From all of us who have made this district, our “district of choice,” thank you for your continued support and involvement. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions about Laconia High School.
Sincerely, Diane Raue
