BLEACHER CAPITAL CAMPAIGN GUIDELINES
White Level ($100-$499)
– Thank you letter and tax receipt from District
– Recognition at School Board meeting and in The Spartan Sentinel
– Invitation to recognition event once bleachers are in place

Green Level ($500-$999)
– Thank you letter and tax receipt from District
– Recognition at School Board meeting and in The Spartan Sentinel
– Invitation to recognition event once bleachers are in place
– Name listed on District webpage on Capital Improvement Status page

Bronze Level ($1,000-$4,999)
– Thank you letter and tax receipt from District
– Recognition at School Board meeting and in The Spartan Sentinel
– Invitation to recognition event once bleachers are in place
– Name listed on District webpage on Capital Improvement Status page
– Recognition on permanent donor sign at project site

Silver Level ($5,000-$9,999)
– Thank you letter and tax receipt from District
– Recognition at School Board meeting and in The Spartan Sentinel
– Invitation to recognition event once bleachers are in place
– Name listed on District webpage on Capital Improvement Status page
– Recognition on permanent donor sign at project site
– Plaque provided to donor recognizing support of the District

Gold Level ($10,000 +)
– Thank you letter and tax receipt from District
– Recognition at School Board meeting and in The Spartan Sentinel
– Invitation to recognition event once bleachers are in place
– Name listed on District webpage on Capital Improvement Status page
– Recognition on permanent donor sign at project site
– Plaque provided to donor recognizing support of the District
– Signage (approximately 3’ x 5’) at project site with donor’s name/logo*

*All donations and signage shall require approval of the District. Initial cost associated with the creation and installation of recognition signage will be paid for by the District. Repair or replacement of signage due to vandalism, theft or other circumstance will be the responsibility of the donor who made the initial donation. If the donor chooses not to repair or replace the sign, the District reserves the right to remove the sign and not replace.

The District reserves the right to establish a sunset clause on all donations. The sunset clause will be based on the life expectancy of the donated item. When the donated item reaches the end of its life, the donor will no longer be recognized.
